We will meet regularly by the telephone
Every week - or every other week if you prefer - we will have a one-on-one coaching session. In addition we will communicate via e-mail and fax between our calls. 

The problem most people have in life is not finding out what to do... this is relatively easy, there are many books and tapes that explain it well. The problem is to actually implement step-by-step what you learn and to make those little, progressing steps. Consistently.
